Payment / Shipping

We currently ship exclusively to customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Otelfingen (ZH).

Shipping Costs & Delivery
Our standard shipping cost is CHF 20.- per order. However, for orders with a total value exceeding CHF 500.-, shipping is free of charge.

We partner with Swiss Post for standard deliveries. For heavy or bulky items, we use Rhenus Schweiz to ensure safe and efficient transport.
