Aim-TTi TGF4162 – Dual-Channel Arbitrary Function Generator
The Aim-TTi TGF4162 is a high-performance dual-channel arbitrary function generator designed for demanding signal generation tasks in laboratories, research environments and automated test systems. The instrument can generate precise signals from 1 µHz up to 160 MHz, providing exceptional flexibility for testing electronic circuits and communication systems.
The generator features two identical output channels that can operate independently, in coupled mode or in tracking mode, allowing accurate generation of multi-channel signals with precise phase relationships. Channel-to-channel phase alignment can be controlled with a resolution of 0.001°, enabling synchronized signal generation for complex applications.
A wide range of standard waveforms is included, such as sine, square, triangle and ramp signals, along with arbitrary waveform generation with 16-bit resolution and sampling rates up to 800 MS/s, allowing highly accurate signal reproduction.
The TGF4162 also provides comprehensive modulation functions including AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK and PWM, as well as burst, sweep and gated modes for advanced signal testing. Integrated USB and LAN (LXI) interfaces allow remote control and integration into automated measurement systems, while an optional GPIB interface ensures compatibility with existing test setups.
With its combination of precision, flexibility and powerful waveform capabilities, the TGF4162 is an ideal solution for electronics development, signal simulation, RF testing and research applications.
