Aim-TTi TGP3151 – Pulse and Universal Waveform Generator
The Aim-TTi TGP3151 is a high-performance single-channel pulse and universal waveform generator designed for laboratory testing, research and electronics development. As part of the TGP3100 series, it combines the functionality of a pulse generator, arbitrary waveform generator, function generator and noise generator in a single versatile instrument.
The generator provides pulse waveforms with frequencies from 1 mHz up to 50 MHz, offering precise control over pulse width, delay and timing with extremely high resolution. This makes it ideal for testing digital circuits, timing analysis and signal conditioning applications.
In addition to pulse generation, the TGP3151 supports 16 waveform types, including sine, square, triangle and ramp signals, as well as arbitrary waveforms with 16-bit resolution and up to 800 MS/s sampling rate for accurate signal reproduction.
The instrument also features advanced modulation capabilities such as AM, FM, PM, FSK, BPSK, PWM and PDM, enabling engineers to simulate complex signal environments. A high-drive output stage can deliver up to 20 V peak-to-peak into 50 Ω, allowing the generator to drive demanding loads.
With USB, LAN (LXI) and optional GPIB interfaces, the TGP3151 integrates easily into automated test systems and computer-controlled measurement setups.
Thanks to its precision, flexibility and broad waveform capabilities, the TGP3151 is well suited for electronics development laboratories, research environments and production testing applications.
