The ASR-6500-15 is a high-performance programmable AC/DC power source from GW Instek’s ASR-6000 series, designed for demanding validation, compliance, and simulation applications requiring high output capacity and flexible phase configurations. Built with advanced silicon-carbide (SiC) semiconductor technology, the system delivers high power density and efficiency in a compact 4U rack form factor while supporting versatile output modes and waveform capabilities.

Configured as a parallel system based on ASR-6500 modules, the ASR-6500-15 provides a rated output power of 15 kVA and supports selectable single-phase or three-phase AC/DC output, enabling simulation of balanced, unbalanced, and fault power conditions for advanced testing scenarios.
It operates from a three-phase 380–415 V AC input and delivers up to 350 Vrms phase voltage (700 Vrms line voltage) with programmable frequencies reaching up to 1000 Hz, allowing realistic emulation of global grid conditions and power disturbances.

The platform supports multiple wiring modes such as 1P2W, 1P3W, and 3P4W, multi-channel output, programmable impedance control, and extensive arbitrary waveform generation, enabling precise control of voltage behavior and test conditions.
Integrated remote connectivity through USB, LAN, and RS-232 ensures straightforward automation and system integration into modern test setups.

Designed for engineering labs, production testing, and research environments, the ASR-6500-15 offers scalable parallel expansion, stable high-power output, and comprehensive simulation capabilities for validating power-sensitive devices and systems.
