The Rigol DG6104 is a flagship 4-channel arbitrary waveform generator from the DG6000 Series, engineered for high-speed signal generation, complex multi-channel synchronization, and advanced testing applications in demanding engineering and research environments.

With a maximum bandwidth of up to 1 GHz in High Bandwidth (HBW) mode, the DG6104 delivers exceptional signal fidelity and enables precise generation of high-frequency signals. Combined with a real-time sampling rate of up to 2.5 GSa/s, it ensures accurate waveform reproduction and stable output performance across a wide frequency range.

Equipped with four fully independent channels, the DG6104 supports differential outputs (or up to 8 single-ended outputs), making it ideal for multi-channel system testing and synchronized signal generation.

The generator is built on advanced DDS technology and offers multiple output modes:

  • HBW mode for maximum bandwidth up to 1 GHz
  • AMP mode for high-amplitude signals up to 20 Vpp
  • SND mode for standard single-ended applications

With 16-bit vertical resolution and up to 256 Mpts waveform memory per channel (512 Mpts optional), the DG6104 enables highly accurate and detailed arbitrary waveform generation.

It supports a wide range of waveform types including sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, DC, and harmonics, as well as fully customizable arbitrary waveforms.
