The Rigol MHO984 Digital Oscilloscope is a high‑resolution mixed‑signal instrument with up to 800 MHz analog bandwidth and 12‑bit vertical resolution, designed for demanding engineering, R&D, and embedded system test applications. It features 4 analog channels and optional 16 digital channels with a 200 MHz logic analyzer probe for comprehensive signal analysis. The oscilloscope delivers real‑time sample rates up to 4 GSa/s and a memory depth up to 500 Mpts (optional), enabling detailed capture of fast and complex signal transitions. With a maximum waveform capture rate of 1,000,000 wfms/s, rare and transient events are reliably detected.
Advanced analysis features include serial bus triggering and decoding (RS232/UART, I²C, SPI, CAN and optional CAN‑FD/FlexRay/I2S/MIL‑STD‑1553B), histogram and digital signal analysis, waveform search/navigation, and flexible math functions. A 7″ HD capacitive touchscreen (1024×600) with real‑time phosphor display and Flex Knob ensures intuitive and efficient operation.
