- Logic Analyzer Probe PLA2216 for MSO5000-Series oscilloscopes. 16 Channels, ground connections. As a high-performance active logic Probe, PLA2216 connects the digital signals under test to the MSO5000 and the DHO900/S series digital oscilloscope to realize the logic analyzer function. No extra License is needed. Insert it into front interface of MSO5000 Oscilloscope, then customer can use it.
